Thus, for carrying out the products certification works you should file to the CB "PROMBEZPEKA":

• Application for products certification (application form Russian, Ukrainian and English) and Appendix to the Application (in Ukrainian, Russian and English)
• Documents to be attached to the Application (according to the List of Documents in Russian, Ukrainian, or  English) with subject to the works you would like to commission us.
• In case of certification works assuming assessment of production quality management systems you should fill in a questionnaire Rus, Eng) with reference data for preliminary evaluation of the production quality management system, inspection and assessment of production conditions. In that case a certificate on product will be issued for the term up to 5 years.
• In case of certification on the scheme with manufacture inspection you should fill in the Questionnaire (Rus, Eng)  for preliminary inspection of manufacturing of certification requested products. In that case a product certificate will be issued for 2 years.
