Our mission is aiding manufacturers from different world regions in solution of the whole problem complex under technical regulation, certification and technical attestation of products and management systems within Ukraine and to help domestic producers in raising their competitive ability and products quality as well as in advancing their products in world markets.

Ukrainian Centre Assurance of Conformity “PROMBEZPEKA” – Certification body of production and management systems (hereinafter referred to as CB “PROMBEZPEKA”) is a structural sub-unit of the State Department of Industrial Safety, Labor Protection and Mining Supervision (hereinafter referred to as Gospromgornadzor) of the Ministry of emergencies and affairs of population protection from the consequences of Chernobyl catastrophe of Ukraine (Ministry of Emergencies).

CB “PROMBEZPEKA” has the Permit of Gospromgornadzor of Ukraine № 665.05.30-34.70.0 (PB1) from 22.03.05 to curry out technical expertise.

CB “PROMBEZPEKA” is designated as certification body for products of Ukrainian and foreign manufacture in compliance with Public Standard DSTU 3411-2004 in the State Certification System of Ukraine UkrSEPRO:  Assignment Certificate № UA.P.087, Authorization Certificate № UA.PN.087 from 04.04.05. CB “PROMBEZPEKA” operates as Certification Body of quality management systems (Accreditation Certificate № UA 5.001.033 and Letter of the State Department on Consumer Standards of Ukraine from 30.05.05 № 4350-1-10/27).

CB “PROMBEZPEKA” is specialised in certification and technical expertise of industrial hazardous products, which is responsibility of Gospromgornadzor and included in the government regulation from 15.10.2003 № 1631, and another products. We carry out products certification to the extent of our authorization scopes. CB “PROMBEZPEKA” is properly authorized and has qualified personnel to offer end-to-end solution of certification matters and getting licenses for use of industrial products within Ukraine.

Our employees passed training courses in the training centers of the State Department on Consumer Standards of Ukraine and of Gospromgornadzor, in TUV academy on quality management systems certification  (ISO 9000), in BGAG academy on occupational health and safety management systems (OHSAS 18000) and certification of environmental management systems (ISO 14000). Personnel qualification is confirmed with corresponding certificates:

• ten employees are certified as auditors in UkrSEPRO System (certification of different products groups, certification of quality management systems and production attestation);
• twelve employees are technical experts of State Department for Labor Protection on different industrial products being supervised by Gospromgornadzor.

Our employees have been participating as members of TACIS working group in implementation in Ukraine of Directives of New Approach as applied pressure equipment and machinery safety (AFNOR-SWEDAC-UNI Certificate); we have developed technical regulations of Ukraine on conformity assurance of pressure equipment and explosive materials for civil use. 

CB “PROMBEZPEKA” is established on the basis of the Products and Quality Systems Certification Body Kiev Expert and Technical Centre and is assignee of it. For all customers whose production and quality management system were certified by CB KETC the further technical surveillance is conducted by the CB “PROMBEZPEKA”.
