Certification of production quality management system

Certificate of conformity is issued for the term up to five years

Purpose of quality management system certification: to conform that the quality management system meets the requirements of DSTU ISO 9001-2001 (ISO 9001:2000, IDT) on development, design, production or servicing.

Certification of quality management system of production is carried out on the applicant’s initiative on the ground of Application for quality management system certification (rus, eng, ukr). In that case the products are not certified; only quality management systems are inspected (Certification of integrated management systems is also possible including occupational health and safety management system, environmental management system).

The documents to be attached to the Application for products certification providing for quality management system certification in general case  are given in the list (rus, eng, ukr), that may be concretized corresponding to concrete production or servicing.

Together with Application the applicant should submit a completed questionnaire  (rus, eng) with reference data for preliminary assessment of quality management system, inspection and evaluation of production conditions.

Certification procedure of QMS on production (servicing) is the same as described above (see clause 6).

SO: For the certification of quality management system to the CB "PROMBEZPEKA" the following documents should be submitted:

• Application (rus, eng, ukr) for certification of production quality management system
• Documents must be attached to the Application according to the  List (rus, eng, ukr)
• A completed questionnaire (rus, eng) with reference data for preliminary assessment of quality management system, inspection and evaluation of production conditions of the applicant.
